It's a little outdated and I need to update it. But here's an idea of what I've done. Also, the Portfolio actually looks way better on the Issuu page. You can see it best here: https://issuu.com/taylorparker83/docs/parker_proportfolio_sept2020
An example of my work:
Of the dozens of projects I've managed or helped lead, there are four big ones. These four are major, multi-million-dollar projects that either protected or restored critical habitats. Here is a presentation of one of those projects:
My life's work
What is Conservation to me? For 17 years, it has been: remote locales of New Zealand, Iceland, Hawaii, and Chile; rare plants and endangered birds; starting and running non-profit companies and consulting firms; multi-million dollar projects and community-based trash cleanups; podcasts and art shows; a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in conservation area transformations. I love this profession. I've been working in conservation since 2004 when I started volunteering for a small environmental non-profit, watering plants. That started a commitment to understanding and contributing to this work of helping the planet's plants, animals, and people.
